At Whirly Wheel Feeder™, we strive to deliver high-quality products at a reasonable price. Should you receive a damaged Whirly Wheel™ or any damaged product from us, we will provide a replacement Whirly Wheel Feeder™ or replacement parts at no charge. However, you may need to take a few steps, such as providing photos of the package and product(s), shipping the package back to us, etc. Please email us at info@whirlywheelfeeder.com.

1-Year Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturer defects for products sold on this website for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Whirly Wheel Feeder™ will replace the entire Whirly Wheel Feeder™ or send replacement parts free of charge if they become defective within the 1-year warranty period. If we send you replacement parts, you will be expected to install them using the tools provided in the original package. We may or may not ask for the defective parts to be shipped back to us. Warranty covers custom "build your own" Whirly Wheel Feeders™ and it's components

What's Covered:

• Any moving parts that fail, such as bearings, bolts, and nuts.

• Powder coating that flakes or peels off. Note: (under typical use, POWDER COAT may dull over time, and wear and tear such as scratches and chips are expected from birds and other creatures.-Typical wear and tear is not covered

• Mounting bracket and it's components-(bearings, bolts, nuts, washers)

• Optional post and post mounting bracket.

• Decorative elements.

• Any other optional part or component we sell for the Whirly Wheel Feeder™. (unless otherwise noted)

What's Not Covered:

• Minor blemishes as each Whirly Wheel Feeder™ is cut with high heat and handcrafted.

• Damage due to acts of God, such as falling trees or wind storms.

• Damage due to abuse, such as lawnmowers and weed eaters throwing debris.

• Damage due to accidents, such as dropping the Whirly Wheel Feeder™ while installing it.

• Specs of rust at locations with moving parts. Areas where powder coating may wear off, such as the swinging baskets, should be minimal and expected.

• Damage from using harmful cleaning chemicals, such as acetone, paint thinners, or abrasive cleaners.

• Damage from wildlife, such as claws, teeth, or pecking.

• Labor to replace any part or the wheel.

• Improper mounting or improper use of the Whirly Wheel Feeder™.

• Shipping to return the Whirly Wheel Feeder™ or any of it's components

Under normal use, your Whirly Wheel Feeder™ should last you for years. Each Whirly Wheel Feeder™ is made of quality materials with care, well-designed, and well-built. Should you have an unfortunate issue arise, such as a tree falling on your feeder or accidental destruction, please contact us and provide photos along with the story. We will do our best to offer you a discount on parts to rebuild or a new Whirly Wheel Feeder at a discounted price.

We may ask for something in return, such as a social media shout-out or a testimonial with a picture. We are fun, fair, and honest bird watchers with the goal of making life more entertaining and enjoyable.
