Returns & Refunds policy

At Whirly Wheel Feeder™ We make every effort to do our very best at delivering you high quality products at a reasonable price. Should you receive a damaged Whirly Wheel™ or any damaged product from us, we will provide you replacement or replacement parts at no charge. However, there may be a few things you will need to do, such as providing us photos of the package, product(s), etc.. Please email us at info@whirlywheelfeeder.com

*Our 30 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. However there is a $30.00 restocking fee for the Whirly Wheel Feeder™. Also, If you order the optional 2" round post and clamp there will also be a separate $30.00 restocking fee for the post & clamp return. (it ships separately and it's 6 foot long). We incur shipping & handling fees, transaction fees and others fees that we can not get refunded for should you return your Product(s) under our 30 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. We try to be extremely fair and reasonable with everything we do, but unfortunately some fees are just simply non-refundable.

Custom Products are not entitled to this 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee Offer (unless damaged)

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. We will issue you a return authorization number

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• We receive the product(s) in resalable condition

• We receive the goods within 30 calendar days, upon you receiving them

• We receive the product(s) in their original packaging

• We received and email from you requesting at Return Authorization Number Prior to returning

• You Include the Return Authorization Number on the Return Package

• You provide us with tracking number, so we can trace your package shipment

The following goods cannot be returned under the 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• The "Build your Own" custom colored Whirly Wheel Feeder™ unless damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping:

Our goal is to ship you our standard Rainbow Color (Whirly Wheel Feeder™) within 3 days (providing it's in stock) after placing your order. Custom "Build your Own" color products may take longer, as they are not "stock" Items. Custom orders an take up to 5 weeks to make and powder-coat. Typically we can get most custom orders made and shipped out within 10 days.

Our Free Shipping in the contiguous 48 states should take 2-6 days on average. We keep an inventory of our products and the website will show if the Whirly Wheel Feeder™ and it's components are in stock before placing the order. FREE SHIPPING does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii and any other destination outside of the 48 Contiguous states. We reserve the right to charge a fee for shipping outside of the 48 contiguous states and shipping times described above may be delayed. These products will likely arrive from FedEx, and not our standard shipping providers.

If you order the optional 2" round Post and Bracket, the post will come in a separate package

Refunds

We will process refunds after we receive your returned product(s) and approve. Typically, well within 30 days
