• Screwdriver (for mounting options)

• If using the optional 2" round post, you will need to dig a hole to concrete the post in the ground. We recommend 16"-24" depth for hole.

• Regular Cleaning: Remove debris and clean the feeder regularly to ensure smooth operation. Warm soapy water works excellent. Avoid using abrasive and corrosive cleaners

• Bird Feed: Birds love fresh feed. We recommend not to let the feed build up in the baskets over time. It only take a few minutes to freshen up the baskets.

Safety Precautions

Please follow these safety precautions during assembly and use:

• Ensure the feeder is securely mounted to prevent it from falling.

• If using the optional 2" round metal post and bracket, be sure the post in concreted in the ground and secure prior to mounting your feeder

• Avoid placing the feeder in areas known to attract large wildlife, such as bears.

Troubleshooting

Encountering issues during setup? Here are some common problems and their solutions:

Problem: The feeder spins too fast

Solution: You can add more feed to the baskets which seems to slow it down some. More weight in the baskets should slow it down.

Problem: The feeder is now mounted but leaning because my mounting surface is not plumb/level.

Solution: Loosen feeder mounting screws, place a small shim behind the mounting bracket, where necessary to get the mount plumb/level, and retighten the mounting screws. *A small shim can be a piece of plastic, wood, a coin, or anything that fills the space between the mounting bracket & the surface you are mounting on.
